convenient location clean room breakfast charge average breakfast
The location is very convenient, right across the street from the station. The staff were really nice too. There were decorations in my room and some cakes. It. The room was clean, well-spaced, and had good amenities.
I booked a room rate that included breakfast. I called down to ask if that breakfast included room service. I was told that room service was included. I had a charge for breakfast and the gratuity fee at checkout. breakfast was not that GREAT.

sensitive thermostat consistent temperature
The location was acceptable because it was just across the road from the tube station.
The thermostats did not work well. They were too sensitive to adjustment. I ended up being too hot on the first couple of nights because the rooms took a long time to cool down. The temperature was not kept at a consistent level at all, I was very annoyed!!!

superb stay!
many choices pretty location walking distance
The rooms felt spacious and well cared for. breakfast offered many choices! the location was pretty good. The tube station was just across the road. most sites of interest were within walking distance. This made it easy to explore.
I found that the room did not include many amenities i would expect. i had to request basic items like a toothbrush kit. It was unavailable. this was a little disappointing.

The hotel is near an underground station! this detail made travel very easy. a supermarket is next door. a pub is across the street. These are great for convenience.

The hotel has two restaurants! it offers choices for dining. i noticed a club lounge. high tea time seemed popular. It created a friendly atmosphere each day.

the design of the room is warm! i found the bed very comfortable. the bathroom has a nice shower. also, there were interconnecting king rooms available, great for families.

quality food excellent shower spacious room
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a VERY extensive selection of quality food. Coffee and tea came to my table quickly. I also found the room to be spacious and well-appointed. The shower was excellent.
The thermostat in the room seemed a little sensitive, and it took a while to adjust the temperature.

underwhelming experience, some issues noted
chaotic service unreplenished items
the breakfast situation was not great. they often ran out of glasses and cutlery and it was hard to get what you needed. the staff seemed stressed and did not replenish items quickly enough. it needs better management.

large tv screen easy traveling difficult control unclean bathroom
The room was quite spacious. it included a large tv screen with many channels. I found this particularly useful! also, the location is near both a bus stop and a subway station. this made traveling easy.
The room's climate control was difficult to manage. It was hard to get the temperature just right. also, the bathroom wasn't very clean, which i found disappointing
