The hotel rooms are beautiful with excellent interior decor and a great view, being superbly clean with thoughtful amenities. The only downside was the lack of a mirror outside the bathroom. The service was generally pleasant and welcoming, but there were some language struggles. The location is excellent, right opposite the station and near many attractions. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options though slightly chaotic at times.
The hotel has a convenient location close to various attractions and public transport. While the rooms are spacious with some thoughtful amenities, they show signs of wear and are somewhat pricey. The service was exceptional, offering a range of helpful amenities. Overall, a decent choice for a comfortable stay in London.
